UnitClock is software that shows a per-unit workflow. It does not provide legal advice, does not retain a lawyer for you, and does not insure a sale.

Demo facilities, occupants, notices, and packs are fixtures. A pack is counsel-reviewed only when a real firm, attorney, and effective date are on file. The public demo packs are not attested. Live notice sending stays off in the demo.

You keep the file. UnitClock does not sell indemnity, errors-and-omissions coverage, or a shift of wrongful-sale liability. Operators, or their own counsel, decide whether to overlock, notice, advertise, or auction.

The demo login is public and shared. Do not enter real tenant data. Pricing on the site describes software access until a written order says otherwise. Certified mail, SCRA vendor checks, and SMS are usage charges when those vendors exist; this demo does not call them.
